Remote Support
In order for us to assist in troubleshooting, we are now offering
remote support. To enable remote support, you must download a small file
to your computer and run it. This file is very small and only takes a minute to download even on a slow dial up connection. You must be able
to connect to the internet for the remote support to work. Even if you
have problems with email or web browsing, your internet connection may
still be OK.
Once we have made a connection to your computer, we can remote
control it. After the session, the application terminates automatically.
We cannot connect to your computer unless you initiate the connection.
To download or run the file please click
here.
If you save it to your hard drive you will not have to revisit this page
to download it again. For one time use, you can run it from its current
location.
Please make sure you call us at (519) 220-5488 prior to connecting.
If you receive an error message that the file msvcp60.dll is missing,
please click here to download. If you
are running Windows 95, 98 ,ME must save the file in the
C:\Windows\system folder. Windows 2000 and Windows XP users must save
the file in the C:\%systemroot%\system32 folder, where %systemroot% is
Windows or WINNT depending on your version.
